On April 17, FOTON Mexico and SGper Copa Roshfrans announced an alliance for the 2024 season of the Roshfrans Super Cup automotive competition, in which FOTON becomes a sponsor and its cab over vehicles will give life to the new generation of the tractor-trailer category for the 2024 season.

This racing event will bring four categories to each race - Tractor Trucks, Gran Turismo México, Formula 5 and Mexbike, promoting Mexican motorsports and guaranteeing fun for fans. The competition will begin in April 21 in Monterrey, an eight-date series that will be held in some of the most emblematic squares of the Mexican Republic throughout the year. FOTON truck models adapted for the Roshfrans Super Cup are the best sellers in the Class 8 segment of FOTON in Mexico, which were sold one thousand units during 2023.

At the announcement, Michel Jourdain, Director of Super Copa Roshfrans, explained that these units have a good distribution of axles, offer stability, adequate weight distribution and a center of gravity with advantages.
